We are conveniently located in the West Loop of Chicago

A former manufacturing corridor turned art-edgy neighborhood, the area is made up primarily of warehouses that are still in use or have been converted to loft condominiums, "loftominiums," restaurants, night clubs, a growing number of art galleries and some retail. It's also the home of Harpo Studios, owned by well known talk show host Oprah Winfrey, and the production site of her syndicated show. Chicago's Union Station, the city's only remaining intercity rail terminal, is a well known West Loop landmark.

CEO and Co-Founder - Raymond Lyle

Raymond directs the overall business strategy, direction and sales team for Driving Revenue.

Prior to Driving Revenue Raymond spent the past 5 years at Leapfrog Online (11th largest interactive marketing firm - Adage) in a few different management capacities. Brought in to start and grow their Search Engine Marketing department, his efforts quickly grew Leapfrog Online into 6th largest SEM firm in the country. He then moved into the role of Director of Media Strategy managing the strategy for their impressive list of Fortune 100 clients such as Time Warner, Discover Card, AutoNation, Capital One and Comcast. While at Leapfrog Online, Raymond also founded Luxury4play (L4P.com) The web's premier luxury enthusiast online community. He also owns one of the leading fashion based forums - DenimDNA.com Prior to Leapfrog Online, Raymond was Internet Marketing Manager of United.com and subsidiary Mypoints.com.

Raymond holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theater from the University of Illinois and spent his earlier years as a Television and Stage actor. Ray is a self proclaimed closet Star Wars nerd (with a Great Dane Puppy named Lando and a Life Size replica of Han Solo in Carbonite mounted to his wall). He is also a car and watch nut and spends his free time trying to burn off the calories from the lunch or dinner he shouldn’t have eaten.

CTO and Co-Founder - Jack Bafia

As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Bafia is responsible for all technical initiatives within the Driving Revenue brand. Prior to founding Driving Revenue Inc., Jack spent the previous 10 years in internet application development, having worked with companies such as American Airlines, Home Depot, Sears, Exelon Corp, and the US Department of Housing & Urban Development. Mr. Bafia is also heavily involved in numerous online communities, as owner and as technical administrator of some of the largest bulletin boards on the web.

Jack attended Loyola University Chicago and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Business Development - Julian Betancourt

Since graduating from Dominican University in May of 2007, Julian has worked in sales for several different industries. His recent work was with Maxim Staffing Solutions, a healthcare staffing agency. With Maxim, Julian was the Senior Healthcare Recruiter and was responsible for the recruitment and placement of healthcare professionals as well as bringing on additional healthcare facilities to place his external staff. He worked in the Chicago land area for most of his time with Maxim then transferred over to Detroit to assist in growing sales and open a new office. Julian then moved on to Total Attorneys to become part of the Business Development team. With his time at Total Attorneys, Julian gained the knowledge of the online marketing industry and was able to apply it to his previous sales experience and become an intricate part of Driving Revenue’s Business Development team.

Julian attended Dominican University and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications. Julian enjoys shiny things, going to concerts, golfing, and attending sporting events.

Sr. Developer - Angel Botana

Angel Botana has more than 7 years of professional experience developing web sites, intranet and internet applications both in Spain and the United States. Over those years he has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, SVG, PHP, MySQL, RDBMS and other technologies and a solid background in W3C recommendations. He has worked in a variety of different environments, from non-profit organizations, governmental sector and private sector as well.

From Spain with an american wife, he has an excuse to do what he loves, travel a lot.

Angel attended Santiago de Compostela University in Spain.

Affiliate Manager - Erin Mead

Erin Mead has an extensive background in affiliate marketing and has worked on both sides dealing with the merchants as well as the affiliates. She began her affiliate marketing career working at Commission Junction as a Program Specialists. She was in charge of overseeing advertiser’s daily interfacing, growing and establishing multiple advertisers programs, and successfully optimizing advertiser’s affiliate base. Later she joined Vivid Seats as the Affiliate Marketing Manager where she grew their affiliate network and helped to make the affiliate program profitable. Her outstanding past affiliate accomplishments and extensive marketing background made her a key fit to the Driving Revenue company. Since joining the team, Erin is managing all of the affiliate platforms that Driving Revenue is on and continues to grow our merchant base.

Erin graduated from Walsh College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing.

Erin currently lives in Chicago with her family. She loves long walks on the beach, rainbows, puppies and stickers (also loves catching a sports game and learning how to cook.
